Founder and Consultants

Dr Lynn Ribton-Turner is a registered Industrial Psychologist, she has held an executive directorship at an International Freight Forwarding Company and has consulted in the field of Human Resources. Her recently completed doctorial degree is in the field of career psychology. The recruitment of staff - executive and general - is our foremost area of activity and our professional services such as psychological assessments, personality profiling and career management support our key business focus.

Our recruitment consultants are tertiary educated, highly skilled and experience on-going training - they are accredited by the training division of APSO (Association of Personnel Service Organisations of South Africa); Ribton-Turner is a member of APSO and is committed to the ethics and standards of its charter.

Ribton-Turner remains in step with the rapidly changing labour legislation in South Africa and offers an equal opportunity service to our clients and our candidates. We are accredited as a micro business and have BEE status.
